CLIENT GOALS


Our clients aimed to transform their compact bathroom into a sleek, contemporary space with a strong emphasis on modern design elements. Their vision included a minimalist aesthetic with a focus on clean lines, high-quality materials, and efficient use of space. They wanted the bathroom to feel spacious and stylish, despite its smaller size.

THE EXISTING CONDITIONS

The original bathroom was outdated and lacked the modern touch our clients desired. It had a conventional layout with old fixtures and insufficient lighting. The space did not reflect the contemporary and sophisticated style that the clients wanted for their home.

THE PLAN

We crafted a renovation plan to bring the clients’ vision to life. This involved removing outdated fixtures, optimising the layout for better functionality, and introducing modern, high-end finishes. The goal was to create a bathroom that exudes elegance and modernity, while also maximising the available space to enhance usability and comfort.

WHITE MARBLE TILES AND BLACK ACCENTS


The combination of white marble tiles and black accents serves as the foundation of this modern bathroom renovation, offering a timeless yet contemporary appeal.

DESIGN & AESTHETIC

The pristine white marble tiles provide a luxurious and classic backdrop, exuding a sense of elegance and sophistication. I would highly recommend Aidan Kelly Construction. Aidan and his team completed a challenging bathroom renovation in my home, to the highest standard and under a tough timeline. The bathroom was completely stripped and everything was replaced; plumbing, wiring, water heater, sanitary wear, floor and wall tiling, ceiling. No issue or request was a problem e.g. putting up wall tiles in herringbone pattern or the quartz bathroom vanity top arriving not cut for the sink! I love my new bathroom.
