CLIENT GOALS

Our clients aimed to revitalize their outdated bathroom into a modern, functional space that exudes elegance and simplicity. They desired a clean, minimalist design that maximizes natural light and enhances the sense of space. Their vision included high-quality finishes, neutral tones, and a serene ambiance that aligns with contemporary design principles.

THE EXISTING CONDITIONS

The original bathroom was functional but dated, with old fixtures and a layout that did not make the most of the available space. The window was a notable feature, providing natural light, but the overall design failed to capitalize on this asset. The room needed a comprehensive update to meet the clients’ modern design preferences.

THE PLAN

We developed a renovation plan to transform the bathroom into a modern sanctuary. This involved removing outdated fixtures, optimizing the layout, and introducing high-end finishes. The design focused on creating a spacious, light-filled environment with a harmonious blend of modern elements and practical features.

VANITY AND MIRROR

I would highly recommend Aidan Kelly Construction. Aidan and his team completed a challenging bathroom renovation in my home, to the highest standard and under a tough timeline. The bathroom was completely stripped and everything was replaced; plumbing, wiring, water heater, sanitary wear, floor and wall tiling, ceiling. No issue or request was a problem e.g. putting up wall tiles in herringbone pattern or the quartz bathroom vanity top arriving not cut for the sink! I love my new bathroom.
