CLIENT GOALS

Our clients wanted to elevate their bathroom into a sophisticated, modern space that balances functionality with luxury. They envisioned a bright and elegant design, featuring sleek cabinetry, modern brass fixtures, and a spacious shower area. Their goal was to create a clean, stylish retreat that felt both luxurious and practical.

THE EXISTING CONDITIONS

The original bathroom was dated and lacked the refined aesthetic the clients desired. It had functional elements but lacked cohesion in design, and the fixtures did not reflect the modern, upscale look the clients wanted. The space needed a complete makeover to achieve the elegant, contemporary feel the clients envisioned.

THE PLAN

We crafted a renovation plan that focused on creating a luxurious, open environment with high-end fixtures and a contemporary design. The plan included the installation of a spacious glass-enclosed shower, custom navy cabinetry for a bold statement, and brass fixtures to add a touch of sophistication. The layout was reconfigured to improve functionality and create a seamless flow within the room.

SHOWER AREA

The shower area was designed to be a focal point of the bathroom, offering both style and comfort.

DESIGN & AESTHETIC

The centrepiece of the shower area is the large, glass-enclosed shower with sleek brass fixtures. The white marble tiles provide a luxurious backdrop, while the brass accents add a touch of elegance. The modern design creates a clean, crisp look that is both inviting and practical.

FUNCTION & AMBIANCE

The spacious shower is designed for ultimate comfort, featuring a rainfall showerhead for a spa-like experience. The large glass panels enhance the sense of space and allow natural light to flow through the room, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The combination of luxurious materials and modern design elements makes the shower area a highlight of the bathroom, offering a serene escape within the home.

OVERALL DESIGN

This bathroom renovation successfully transformed the space into a modern, elegant retreat. The navy cabinetry adds depth and character, while the brass fixtures bring warmth and luxury. The use of white marble tiles throughout the bathroom creates a cohesive, sophisticated look. The minimalist design, combined with thoughtful layout changes and high-end finishes, enhances the sense of space and creates a serene, stylish sanctuary for the clients.

Work Included

Every aspect of this renovation has been meticulously planned, including the installation of a full-height fitted storage unit with a shaker style. Its door, adorned with brushed brass handles, opens to reveal full-height shelving painted in the hue of Peacock Blue.

Adding both functionality and style, a towel radiator with a brass colour finish exudes warmth and sophistication. An illuminated mirror cabinet graces the space, offering a perfect blend of practicality and aesthetics. Throughout the bathroom, the brushed brass details elevate the overall design, infusing a timeless elegance into every corner.

We also have modified the space to fit a wheelchair in the walk-in shower. We made sure the bathroom is adapted with mobility aids to make sure the shower space is safe for our client’s family member.

From the beautiful Purity White Sat tiles to the full-height fitted storage unit in a shaker style, and the brass accents that adorn the towel radiator and sanitary fittings, every element has been carefully curated to create a space that is both inviting and visually striking while making the bathroom safe for persons with disabilities.

I would highly recommend Aidan Kelly Construction. Aidan and his team completed a challenging bathroom renovation in my home, to the highest standard and under a tough timeline.
