Client Goals

The clients were seeking a high-end bathroom that offered a blend of modern luxury and day-to-day practicality. Their focus was on clean lines, smart use of space, and fixtures that would deliver lasting performance and style.

The Existing Conditions

The original bathroom was functional but lacked the sleek style and layout efficiency the clients envisioned. The space had not been updated in years and needed a full rework to meet modern standards.

The Plan

We prioritised a design that balanced practicality with luxurious touches. Key elements included repositioning fixtures to open up the floor space, using reflective and textured materials to add visual interest, and integrating lighting solutions that enhance both form and function.

The frameless glass enclosure and rainfall showerhead create a spa-like experience. The subtle texture behind the mirror wall adds dimension without overwhelming the space.

The open shower format increases usability while maintaining an uncluttered appearance. Paired with efficient drainage and waterproofing, it ensures long-term durability and ease of cleaning.

I would highly recommend Aidan Kelly Construction. Aidan and his team completed a challenging bathroom renovation in my home, to the highest standard and under a tough timeline. The bathroom was completely stripped and everything was replaced; plumbing, wiring, water heater, sanitary wear, floor and wall tiling, ceiling. No issue or request was a problem e.g. putting up wall tiles in herringbone pattern or the quartz bathroom vanity top arriving not cut for the sink! I love my new bathroom.
